The caster should be warned, however, that he or she &lt;br&gt;will be out of spell points and unable to cast any additional spells for a &lt;br&gt;significant period afterwards.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In addition, Evokers have had their base penalty to blast damage reduced &lt;br&gt;from -10% to -5%.
