This cool down does not apply if you are viewing a target you are&lt;br&gt;aggro on. I added in setenv no_view_msg so you can toggle off the&lt;br&gt;paranoid messages. By default you WILL receive messages. The&lt;br&gt;cool down should fix the issue with the spam. You will not get&lt;br&gt;paranoid messages when you are aggro to someone.
