I am not sure why the change was made&lt;br&gt;for not being able to spend exp, I am guessing because of a cheese&lt;br&gt;however as we are lookig to encourage exploration before locking in&lt;br&gt;a sub I have removed the subclass requirement.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Any issues please bug them attention me.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;[[Category:Changes_Board]]</div>
