He has&lt;br&gt;decreed that, given the limited number of mortals willing to engage&lt;br&gt;in his great game, he wants to ensure there will be sufficient&lt;br&gt;challenge for those who do play.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The pk range level limit is now 5, for everyone. If you have a&lt;br&gt;+20, expect to only be able to attack +15 characters.
