General changes
* Almost all skills that "touch" something now has code that support it.
Earlier only a few skills were properly coded this way.
Wu-jen
Fireshield
* Lost all bonus to AC
* Now takes into account skills that "touch" you.
* Damage about... doubled if not more.
* Now a sphere rank 3 spell
Flameblade
* Now a sphere rank 1 spell
Fireblast
* This is a new spell. See 'help spells fireblast'
* Available at sphere level 6
This reduced AC and the Incinerate, Fireblast and Fireshield combo should
make them the glasscannons thy are intended to be.
