I believe I've finally tracked down a loophole I introduced while rewriting
guard code last August. First I wanted to thank everyone who took the time
to bug those--being able to see which guards weren't working helped narrow
down what the real issue was.

Second--if you've been noticing any guards which historically stopped
players but have just let you walk by these past few months and they are
_still_ letting you walk by, please bug them and let me know.
