For those of you who pay attention, I've fixed an issue in the pksim where
levels weren't updating, and as such I've reset the pksim so the new data
collects properly. I'm nearing the end of several rather busy months, so I
will hopefully have more time to dedicate to honing the formulas behind
the potential rule changes.

For those of you wondering what I'm talking about, "help pksim".
