A few more changes...
The previous change to treylore NPC's have been fixed and should
show up normally now.
Vinny the eel is now a unique monster and will only show up once
a boot.
The mask of Mackerel should now be wearable by everyone.
Yellow Orcs and Green Trolls in middle earth now id to guard.
