Title : dracolich npcs / nefariciums

Charmed dracolich npcs will now heal their Nefaricium masters if
they have healing mode turned on.

Dracoliches will no longer cast death on Nefariciums that they are
in combat with, as this heals the Nefaricium. Thanks Chosen for
reporting this cheese ;)
