The spectral postman in the old mainland post office is now a rare spawn.
This mean he will now only spawn relatively rarely. Be sure to check for
him! His mailbag holds great power.

Also, the spectral donkey now adjusts its level to the rider to ensure:
- it's less overpowered
- the donkey will no longer steal exp for kills it makes

Another side effect of this is that very high level characters will
able to ride a very high level mount. The adjusted level is the
rider's level + 3.
