The equipment skill is no more; experience spent on it has been refunded.
Instead, all items you are carrying that are lockerable and are marked,
worn, or wielded, will automatically save with you.

This applies even to classes without the equipment skill.

Note that containers will save, but will be empty when you log in again.
You can use 'inventory save' to show which items will save.
