Title : changes to elementals

1) Elemental skills have been greatly increased. They now have the
same skill levels of other npcs their level (instead of level 1
skills).

2) Elementals are limited to one attack per round.

3) Fire elementals now act as a significant light source.

4) The owner of an elemental now gains exp for the damage the
elemental inflicts.
