A disguise of a thief is good, but it's not so good that even
the THIEF doesn't know who he really is after he puts on the
disguise! Now, you can disguise as the same person you are
backstabbing! No more messages about not being able to backstab
yourself.

So, if you disguise as 'caterpillar' and then try and stab
'caterpillar' (I don't suggest it, he's wicked strong) and you're
in the room with Caterpillar then it will stab your enemy.
If you leave the room and try and stab when he's not there, well,
then you'll get the 'cannot stab yourself' message.

This has other cool benefits irrespective to disguise. Just imagine
if your name was 'Cinvan' and you tried to backstab the great
Cinvan - previously it wouldn't let you, now it will find other
people in the room (top down) named Cinvan and if they exist it
will stab them instead of yourself.
