Dracula Vampires,

Your penalty to stealth due to worn armor has been changed.
You will no longer lose stealth while wearing equipment that other
clans wear without penalty (rings, amulets, and cloaks). Other
armor, like shields, gloves, boots, body armour, etc, still reduce
your overall stealth.
