I believe that I have fixed two pk issues;
1. Players were able to hurt other players through followers without going
aggro, instead the player being hit became aggro as he hit back.
2. If the kill limit has been reached players should no longer be able to
hit eachother.

Let me know how it works out and if there are any issues!
