Brightman's advice:

CoT, in, 2w, n, touch panel, fireplace

Flip all 4 marker switches. Go to the docks and flip that switch back to open the safe. Search safe. Go to the library and

search bookshelf. Go into the fireplace and flip the switch. Trace pattern from page 169 on screen OR page 420 on screen. Flip switch. (repeat 3 times) Open book, touch panel, give page

to Atrus. Done.

You have to fuck with the area to get the pages that tell you what to trace on the screen in the fireplace, along the way you

find two notes that tell you how to open the marker switch safe

ALTERNATE MYST solution

Flip all switches to on. Go to the switch at the docks. Flip it up, search vault. Go to library, search

bookshelf, fireplace, flip switch, trace pattern from age 420 on screen. flip switch, open book, touch page, give page to atrus, done

OR

Flip all 4 marker switches on the island down. There is a map of the area in the library. Go to the switch at the

docks. Flip it up, search vault. Go to libarary, search bookshelf, fireplace, flip switch, trace pattern from page 169 on screen. flip

switch, open book, touch page, give page to atrus, done

OR trace pattern from age 420 instead of 169?
