Shield plant has been overhauled.

* You can no longer perform active skills (or major actions) while shield
planted. They will cause your shield to be lifted.

* You will do reduced (increased compared to before the change) melee
damage.

* Blocking high damage rounds will cause your shield to take damage (not
all damage types).

* The damage reduction formula has changed so that your skillevel and the
shields ac now makes a diference.
