Title : Zealot: Blood Bubbles
I've changed the way Blood Bubbles works significantly.
Blood Bubbles prayer level (+mod) now effects how much
each bubble will heal and the number of bubbles is
linked to the Zealot character level.
Expect this to change (or not) in the next few weeks
as testing continues.
