New command 'shame'. Also if you are shamed you will see it in
the 'score' command how long is left.
We changed it so that your shame time does not decrement when you
are offline. No getting shamed for 15 minutes and just logging
out - you have to pay your dues! However, after a week it
go away if you haven't logged on.
