Fixed masks to check properly. Report if you see/find any ways
around it, otherwise my banish fingers will get itchy.

Pneumatos now also checks for existing large magic boosts.

I will be doing the same for other large buffs as I recall/find
them. This is intended to ensure the long-term viability of
the current level system (i.e everyone hates a 20-hour-old +14)
so as not to have to do anything more drastic.
