There was previously a penalty to the experience recieved
in party if the member was not present in the room as the
monster died.
This made several classes badly suited for partying such
as thieves and other classes that needs to get out of the
room once in a while to 'do their thing'.
The 'out of room' penalty is now an 'out of area' penalty
instead.

If you find any bugs or ways to abuse this, report them
with the bug command. see 'help bug'
