Forged armour have a max armour class of 100 (shield,
helmet, gloves, and boots have a max armour class of
20) A level 19 knight will avg armour class 95. You
will have a higher chance produce top quality armour
when you do the skill in wars or in the arena (but
there is still a cap at ac100).

A level 19 knight used to forge an avg wc15 polearm.
He will now forge an avg wc19 weapon. The "light"
option used to produce a 3-4wc lower quality. This
reduction was removed for classes that normaly are
much more deadly with light weapons than they are
with heavy (dex/int figsubs and swashucklers).
