Title : babau xform quest

I've modified the Babau transform quest because, leave it to you
guys to find a way to abuse things. No Blood Lord characters
other than the prospective Babau who started the ritual will
be given free reign to move about in the temple during the ritual
now. In that way, a BL character who tries to come in and stop
the ritual will find he's unable to move about in the temple and
hopefully will be stuck in rooms with the attacking NPCS who
will attack any BL NPC or PC on sight.

Next, none of the NPCs that are created as part of the event to
defend the temple are attackable by Blood ord characters, so you
cannot help your buddies break into the guild during
this time.

Finally, I hadn't realized that someone had taken my 'prestige' term
and made it a variable in the player object which prevents those
classes from engaging in player to player combat (and other things
like house attacking). That's pretty lame and the Babaus which
I have stated years ago would be prestige specifically are a
PK class (in fact, without PKing, they are relatively weak).

But anyway, some lame prestigeous characters were attacking the
guild during the ritual and the Babau is/was unable to repel them.

I've fixed that shit too since it was put in wrong.

All in all, lots of tweaks but maintaining the original intention
of the quest.
