Reworked money formula a little bit, the minimum dropped is way up, the
average is up 40% for most levels, the max is either up or down. Newbies
will see much higher money drops than before (800% dropping down to 200%
before leveling off at the 140% that everyone else sees by level 10 or so)
I ran the numbers out to L33, and it was still 140.65% on average of what
it was earlier today.
