As the intention was to (way, way, way back when) stop people
from popping multiple 200 pt backstabs on the target in _PK_,
the awareness boost after backstab has been removed from NPCs,
pending further testing. Players still receive an awareness
boost, because they're generally not dumb enough to sit around
waiting for multiple backstabs like NPCs (!).
