In the process of sorting through objects using container code I've updated
telekinesis to give you an idea of how many objects you can hold in the
air.

As a bonus, in the process of testing this I noticed how incredibly
cumbersome--and expensive--telekinesis is. Unless someone overrules me,
I've reduced the cost of telekinesis in most cases, and made it an instant
skill.

The new formula will make it slightly more expensive to send very small
items, but less expensive to send larger ones. The new formula will make
it significantly cheaper to lift most items.
