You may have noticed thieves were unreasonably retarded to kill for a
while. I've rolled back the change which caused this, but I've done so
without full awareness of why it was done--so something *else* involving
how npcs use skills may begin misbehaving. Let me know if you see
anything.

It also may be the case that how this all works changes again in the
coming days if it's possible to have our cake and eat it too on this
change.
