'raise <stat> to max' syntax was being partially supported, by accident.
Because this behavior wasn't intended, it didn't work consistently or
accurately. I've fixed this, and you should be able to use both 'cost
<stat> to max' and 'raise <stat> to max'.

Don't blame me if you accidentally blow your savings on intelligence.
