For those of you paying attention to the 'pksim' command, which projects
the impact my proposed pk rule-changes would have using real data on the
MUD, I've made a few formula tweaks. I've removed the concept of hero risk
(mandatory loss for heros) and have made the loss formulas more aggressive
to compensate. As always, feedback is welcome.
