I've made some further adjustments to how invasions spawn intended to
resolve issues with two different invasion scripts bugging out. Let me
know if you see any issues (like invaders hanging around without an active
invasion, invasion shouts not accompanied by an actual invasion, etc.) As
a side-effect, this should also further reduce the lag experienced while
invasions are spawning.
