Title : house ledgers
I've filled in some functionality in house ledgers that was left incomplete
when I first rolled them out. You may now 'read ledger' for an overview of
all 3 categories, and you may now also 'read ledger <category> <player>
for a detailed listing of that player's ledger entries.
