Duration of kyldiss blitz protection has been significantly increased
(doubled) to encourage exploration and risk taking.

Beholders lost mindspin, shrink and paralyze. Exp spent should be
refunded.

Firewall should no longer automatically throw people into combat with
the caster in the round you charge through the flames (for thieves).

Engulf is no longer an automatic caltrop but still has a reasonable
chance of stopping the ooze and the target from moving.

A minor error in shurikens was fixed so that trying to throw them at
non-living targets should no longer bug out.

he time it takes to max your combat skills from a meditative state
will still be slowish, but it's been reduced.

Fireshield will now do progressively less dmg for multiple hits in a
round. Will need feedback on this and Chaitan may tweak this as well.
There is a remaining possible bug with people casting fireshield on
others in war and the hitback going to the caster rather than the shielded
person. Can someone pls test this and let me know if it remains the case.

Leafsong no longer ends when the caster logs out or dies.
