Misery and I (95% Misery) have been working on a new system for
equipping NPCs. So far this has only been rolled out to a few
select NPCs, but, it's a work in progress and we are expanding
and improving it all the time. If you want to check it out you
can see it in action on Rymalind guards.

We are still working out kinks with this so if you have any
feedback or ideas let us know!
