To clear up some confusion from the suggestion board, I made a change a
while back to create separate sets of quality descriptors for normal
random gear (gear with no magical properties), magical gear (having one
magical property), and rare items (having multiple magical properties).

Some have of course noticed that certain combinations of
description/properties are no longer seen, but this is just because
they're masquerading under new names.
