* Skeletons no longer summon as lvl 1. Infact, level is completely
based on your proficiency in the spell so it can be higher level
than you.

* Skeleton no longer stay for a maximum of yourlevel*10 rounds.

* Skeleton stay until target is dead or damage has been dealt
equivalent to the damage roll you did when initially casting
the spell.

* I stripped pretty much all combat logic from the spell. It was
useless and filled no purpose anyway.

* I halved skeleton hitpoints, making it less good against opponents
that deal with area damage and tanking for you.<r>
With this necromancer should now be playable again.
