Remorhaz frost is now slightly better than before.

Corrupt and barkskin now have timers. Again if there are any buffs you
want timers added to whisper me.

Fumble decays slower if you're in combat with the dragon that casted it on
you now. It's not as bad for players (for potential PK concerns) as it is
for NPCs. If there are any issues send me a tell.
