Skill cap reverted to 3. However Magic and Singing no longer count towards
this cap.

Some skills were added to the list, and some were removed. This is likely
to happen a few more times as balancing is happening so I won't be posting
comprehensive lists of which are added/removed or even mentioning it again
most likely. You'll just need to check for yourself.

The stat bonus from spending points to increase a stat has been reduced
slightly.
