Title : Jihad NPC standing and low level NPCs
NPCs that are more than 5 levels lower than you will now no longer ount
against your standing. Fixing this required modification to a large, very
important file that handles things dying so if you notice anything weird
happening when NPCs (or anything) dies please let me know.
