Title : Houses - Demolishing Rooms

After the MUD reboots, you will be able to demolish rooms in your house.
One warning, if you destroy a room that is connecting other rooms to the
house you will lose access to those attached rooms until you rebuild exits
to those rooms. For example: If you have 3 rooms, X being the entry room
of your house: X - Y - Z : And you demolish room Y, you will not be able
to access room Z until you purchase an exit from room X leading to room Z.
Further, even if you build a room where room Y used to be, you still need
to purchase a new exit to room Z becase exits are handled in pairs. It's
a little complex but I'm sure you will all figure it out. If you're having
