There was a bug in souls in which they could get 5 attacks in a round.
This bug has been fixed, and souls are now capped at 3 attacks in a round.
It does not mean people will be getting less chance of a high number of
souls, it just means that if that round they would have done 4, they will
do 3.
Again, Souls are being tested, and tinkered until they are balanced.
This is subject to change and if souls are too weak, they will be
readjusted.
