Few changes abound tonight...

Teleportation Amulet value has been changed to reflect the amount
of use which are left on the amulet. This is something akin to
what happens with orbs. The minimum value for a dead amulet is
now 200 gold.

A mud wide top stolen list has been added to the explorer room
2 east of here. It should update regularly based on players
logging in.
