The bard shudders, and speak in low tones:

     There are a pair of strange buildings to the northwest of here,
a lonely temple, and a strange cottage.  The both offer a gate way
to the strange chaos lands of the Tzeenitch and Slaanesh.  Two
rival warring chaos factions.  The lands are hard on adventurers,
and you would be well advised to prepare carefully.  But, there
are many strange and wonderous items in those lands that can bring
you great fortune, and pain in the normal world.
