The bard says:
   Far to the north, in the mountains east of Kyrse, there is a
small, desolate valley where the lizardmen dwell. These degenerate
relatives of the Sleens are said to be particularly indiscrimiate
when it comes to dinner. But then, that's just a rumor.

   This place is called Scale Valley. It's a scorching desert of a
spot, fit for little besides sunburns and dust in your socks.

   I recall a story of a young fellow who wandered in there many
years ago and was never seen again. I don't suppose he's still
alive. Hmm.. I wonder what actually happened to him.
