When the shikaku uses this skill she performs a small
dance weaving her blades around her and placing her foes
into a hypnotic state. In this state her foes feel 
slightly dizzy and have a hard time controlling their
actions. They are still able to defend themselves from
the shikaku or anyone that attacks them even though the 
hypnotic state remains for a few rounds.

It uses up one charge of your energy bar.
