As the golem moves slowly, one room per round, you have to move slow with it. Use GOLEM KILL to kill the servants, which you can generally tell are in the room due to it being too dark if you do not have a torch. They do attack you back, so if you are not level 13 you should leave the room immediately after KILL GOLEM. (You could make a macro that puts in the GOLEM KILL SERVANT <DIRECTION>) Once you have left the room, send the golem back to the previous room using the GOLEM <DIRECTION>. Keep killing the servants until you get a job well done whisper from Balthazar, and to come help him. Go All U, W, make sure the golem is still with you, GOLEM KILL LORD.

This one is a little harder to describe exact directions for. Just get all the way against the west wall and then try to go southwest in every room. I suggest moving south to start. Eventually when you find the hidden exit you can just follow the path along inside down to Pestilence. Reason exact directions are hard to give is because you do “fall through” places and get randomly placed. My shikaku never had this problem, and the shikaku has high dex, so the chance of slipping or whatever is probably dex based. Kill him, get the key, mark the key.
